The Cultural Item im writing about is a heart sculpture. It represents the time when everyone in my family was happy. Unfortunately, this was before my mom passed away. We took time for granted. This is important to my family because she gave everyone in my family heart sculptures, but this one meant more to us because it was the last heart sculpture she gave. The heart symbolizes for us to move on and don't let what your going through whether its having to deal with losing a loved one, home issues, or really anything negative in your life hold you back from doing whats needed to ensure that you build a proper future for yourself.  
 The heart symbolizes for us to move on. No matter what we must deal with, losing a loved one, home issues, or really anything negative in your life, don’t let it hold you back from following your dreams. To ensure that you build a proper future for yourself and possibly your loved ones, we must stay on the path. This sculpture ensures our safety and lets us know that she may not be here, but she will forever live in our hearts forever. My whole purpose of this story is to spread the message that you shouldn’t take the time you have with your family for granted because it can all be taken away from at any time.
