My grandparents have a house in Israel and whenever me and my family go to visit my family we all meet there. This house is important to me and the rest of my family because it seems like a meeting point where we can all always come together and spend time together. I have practically grown up in that house as when I was a kid and lived in Israel we would go there every friday night for shabbat dinner. Me and my cousins would always have fun together if it was going in the pool, playing games in the basement or even just taking naps after long days at the beach. I wish that this house can stay as active in the family as it is now so that we can always have a place that our family can feel comfortable and safe coming to. The reason that I say safe is because of the current state of war in Israel. I want my second home to stay my second home and that I will always have a place in the world where I can move back to where I know that I can have an endless amount of love and support from my family.
