When it comes to Vietnamese food, everyone knows pho. Pho was invented in the late 19th and early 20th Century in northern Vietnam during French colonial times. My mom introduced me to pho as a child and it can be eaten every day. In pho there are meat and beef balls and beef and soup. Pho is made from a variety of herbs and spices. Cooking pho takes a long time, using water takes hours. Moreover, the water used is very complicated and can make many mistakes. Pho is the traditional food of Vietnamese people. Pho is my favorite food because my mom cooks pho very well. Pho is the most favorite dish of Vietnamese people.
