My  artifact is dance and dress. This is from Mexico, the dress and dancing .  I started dancing  in 2019  because my cousin  started  dancing  and I want to dance with her.  My cousin and I danced together and I needed  a lot of practice to get the dress from the company.
My dress is used for dancing. It is a  heavy dress and it takes  practice with the dress to dance. This dress is  made out of fabric. I think it's made of  cotton. I  had to go to  Staten island to go to my dance practice. This dance is important to my family because it is a part of our culture. The dress is  red or a different color  .
The name of my dance studio is Calpulli Mexican Dance Company . They taught us how to dancing  and how to play the guitar too. The studio looks like  there are a lot of mirrors and  the floor is wood  and we have to put high heels on tap shoes. Sometimes we have partners and sometimes we work as a group. The dance was  difficult .
