My Childhood Toy
When I was three, I got my first LEGO set for Christmas. It was just a little and a mini car, but I loved it. When my dad was little, he played with cars as well and had all sorts of different LEGO sets. When I was little, I liked the sound that LEGOs made when you put them together; it made a “click.” When I got a little older, I started to like LEGO more and more, and my parents would buy me LEGO a lot for my birthdays and Christmas. Over time, I started to collect more LEGOs. I had two whole long tables in my playroom full of them. My favorite was my Batmobile and the firetruck. I would play it with my dad all the time, until one day I was playing with my fire truck, driving around, and I pushed the truck a little too hard, and it flew off the table and went all over. I sobbed for probably hours, but then, that upcoming Christmas, my dad bought me a new fire truck, and I was very excited and had a fun time building it. I built it in like 10 minutes. When I was a kid, LEGOs were very important to me, and when my dad was a kid, LEGO was very important to him as well. I still make LEGOs, but I don't have all the ones I did when I was a kid. I have a few sports car LEGOs now.
