I have had pets ever since I was little. I remember always having a pet. I now have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I have had my cat for about 5 years. My cat baby was a stray cat. My mom worked for a nonprofit cat rescue and my mother got told there were cats by this building. I was about 7 years old at the time I went with my mother to the building. The building appeared old and run down. It was made out of brick.It was a brisk walk from my house. We trapped a couple cats. One of them had black and white fur and we called him monkey because he liked to climb trees. Then we heard meowing and we looked and found two kittens in a pipe one white with grey spots and another grey fluffy with a white snout. one was my sisters cat she died a few years ago. I reached in and grabbed one of them out of the pipe. I looked at him and his eyes were green. After that we left with them. We were not sure if we could keep them or not at first so my mother told me to not name it but me and my sister named them anyway be fortunately we were able to.
