My Bible…  I got my bible in 2024, just before my first year at Dunes Bible Camp. It has a leather cover and gold colored page sides. My bible is important to me because it is one of the ways I strengthen my faith. I bring my bible to my church and my youth group.  I have not always been religious; I have had times in my life when I didn’t believe in anything.  So a Bible would not have meant much to me; it was just another book. In the last two years, I have become more solid in my faith.  I go to church every week and also attend my youth group.  I like church because I learn about the Bible and I find it interesting.  Sometimes it can be a little boring, like all the lineages, but overall it’s pretty good.  It’s starting to show its age, even though it is only two.  I hope to have this for a long time, but I don’t know how long it will last, maybe long enough for me to give it to my kid as a keepsake.  It’s not a fancy real leather Bible; it’s just a Bible.
