This music box has been in my house for years and i haven't really payed much attention to it until know. I asked my mother where she got the music box and she told me that she got the music box when she was young. While my mother was living in Guadalajara, Mexico, she bought the music box in a yard sale. As years passed on, she still had the music box and when she immigrated to United States she brought the music box with her so she can always hear the melody that played. The music box reminds my mother of all the memories she had when she was living in Mexico. I hope one day i get to take care of the music box just as my mother did.
