My parents emigrated from China when they were young to find job opportunities, and had a dream to make money to send back home to improve the life qualities back in the village they came from. My parents met each other in that village and my dad came first to America, then came my mom 7 years later. My dad had already bought a car, and worked at an electronic store. Both my parents are very hard working and everything they do is for my family. They brought their traditions from their village to America to remember their traditions. The Mooncake Festival is one of those traditions. It's celebrated in the middle of Autumn, and we eat mooncakes to celebrate this holiday.
