When my mom came to the U.S.A, she brought a violin that was really old. She used to play it when she was a kid in music school in the Ukraine. The violin It is about three hundred years old. It is important to her because it reminds her about being at music school and she really liked it. She used to put on musical performances, I think. This picture/image is very, very similar to my mom’s violin. Her violin is just older looking. The entire thing is light brown just like the picture. The violin also has four strings. My family keeps it in a small office (workroom where I type my homework or where my parents play music from Youtube) that used to be a closet. We leave it on a shelf on the top of the closet wrapped up in newspapers to protect it.
