My object is a Mexican dish called Mole. Mole is a spicy meat dish that my family makes and eats around special occasions like, Christmas or birthday celebrations.
The history behind mole to my family is my grandma first made it now my grandparents are starting making it so the recipes is passing down. It’s important to my family because my grandmother says “The Mexican Favorite Main Course’’. What I learn about my family is on certain occasions we eat mole. A question I still have for my grandma is when did you start making mole? 
Here is how you make Mole. 1:Chelly Mole 2:Common 3:Raisin 4:Almonds 5:Brown Banana 6:Chocolate 7:Brown sugar 8:Garlic 9:After that you just fried it and mix 10:Then you put chicken or turkey. All ingridents are added to a pan and fried.
Mole reminds me of what Mexico might be like. I can’t wait to go there are visit myself and eat traditional Mole.
