The molcajete is an object we have used in my family for some time, my grandparents used it, my mom used it, I catch myself using it some times as well, very good cooking utensil, in my family we use it to break down different spices, also different sauces, we bring out the molcajete a lot on special occasions when there's a lot of food being prepared . I've used the molcajete to make green & red sauce for breakfast taco.
