Ever since I was a young little girl, my grandmother would always make me her special meat loaf, it was the best meal in the world to younger me and  I'd always get excited when she'd make it. I thought It was something new that my grandmother only made for me but it turns out that she's been making it for years on end, for my mother when she was a child, and for my uncles and aunts when they were children. It turns out that her mother was the one who taught her this recipe (My great great grandmother). It shocks me how far back this recipe goes and i'm happy I got a chance to try it and enjoy it like the rest of my family. Above  is a picture that is not my grandmothers meatloaf but it looks similar to it.
