My object is a Masala Rock. It is one inch in height and two inches wide, made of stone,and a dark grey color. It is from Guyana. My great grandpa grinded spices like cinnamon with it. He gave it to my grandpa who gave it to my dad. I choose this object because it reminds me of my great grandpa. The Masala Rock is special to my family because it reminds us of my great grandpa and we use a lot of spices in our foods. It comes from a volcano and it is more than a hundred years old.
