Hi I am Eman Salhab, i was born in the U.S, i am Palestinian, but i lived my childhood in Jordan. There are a lot of things that i love in Jordan especially Mansaf. Mansaf is a traditional dish that is made of lamb cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yogurt and served with rice. Mansaf is a popular dish in Palestine, Iraq, south Syria, and Sudi Arabia. The secret of Mansaf is that we eat it by hand. There is so many other things that reminds me of Jordan like Petra one of the seven wonders in the world, my relatives, other kinds of food, and my best Jordanian friend Raghad. That's pretty much my story i hope you like it.
