Mango
I am from Conakry in a country called Guinea. Guinea Conakry is a country in the West Africa. It is also called French Guinea. The reason why they call is French Guinea is because the French claimed in in the 1800s as a part of French West Africa. An object that means a lot to me is the mango and the memories that I have the the mango trees in my country. Guinea is a nice country. Guinea is never cold, and the sun is always out of the day. For the night, the moon is out always with beautiful stars. When it rains, it rains a lot. Sometimes hail comes with the rain. One thing that I like so much about it is that it has fruit trees everywhere. If you are an owner of a fruit tree, you do not have to buy any fruit! When I was in Guinea Conakry I used to live with my grandmother in a village called poukou In the village, they have a lot of mango trees, orange trees and other fruit trees. These trees bring up fresh air and clean air, but they also bring us fruit! I used to eat a lot of mangos and oranges. I remember always climbing the mango trees to eat mango. I like to think about that because it reminds me of Guinea Conakry. I moved here two years ago when I was in the 6th grade. I did not know anybody and did not know how to speak English. All of that is not true anymore, but I miss Guinea sometimes. Just writing this makes me miss it!
