My artifact is my great great grandfathers mug from Italy. The mug has an imprint of my family crest and my Italian last name. The mug was made in Calabria, Italy the mug was manufactured but the imprints were custom. There were two of these mugs made but only one of them has a golden rim. My family guesses that the mug was just for show and not to drink out of. My great great grandfather's, name was Bruno Luchetta he immigrated to the United States, from Calabria, Italy. The mug is about 70 years old. When Bruno died in 1950 he passed the mug onto my great grandfather who passed it to my grandfather. It is now in my grandfather's house.Anthony Luchette
