My special object isn’t and object. It is a food. It is a lobster dish that my grandpa use to make. My grandpa was from Hong Kong, and during the early 1900s lobster wasn’t a popular dish. So when he immigrated to America he learned about it. He worked at a Chinese restaurant and there he was taught to make it. Therefore he didn’t create it but he was really good at making it. My dad actually learned how to make it from watching him and learning from him. He is the only one in his family that can make it now. This dish is important to me because it reminds me of good memories and it taste really good!
