At the beginning of August of last year while living in Mexico. I wanted to de-stress a little and it was that I learned about lima lama. A martial art of a Polynesian island in which self-defense is practiced where most of the movements are punches and kicks. In September I had a small accident in. I hurt my knee. After that I was thinking about returning to Lima Lama. This was a decision that took me time to make because my leg was weak. After so much thought, I decided to return, it was really hard and difficult, the people around me did not believe. I was capable of achieving it. In my first class after my little accident my leg shook a lot, so my coach bandaged my knee to give me better support, so I could take the class. In December I participated in a lama lima exhibition and thus ended my 2021 in lima lama due to the holidays.
