La Rosa De Guadalupe
This isa object that my dad has passed on to me since I was a child. He first bought it when he first came to the U.S. It's his most important object. He came in the year of 1980 when he was only 16 years old. In Mexico he didn't really do nothing but only went to school till the 6th grade. Then my grandparents were told that in the U.S was much more better and it has lots of opportunities and more money there. Since in Mexico they weren't that rich family they were decent. So my grandparents decided to come to the U.S leaving my dad and his brothers at young ages. So one by one my dad then his brothers came. They all lived in a small tight apartment with other family memebers. Every night to the object he would pray their life would get better and opportunities would come. Now I'm thankful to be alive and have that object thatis important to me and my dad.
