La Pirinola
The “Empanadas de Camaron” are the best when they are recently made. Why because they are warm and they like melt in your mouth is the best feeling. I like when my mother makes them because they are really special. Everytime she makes them and one of our family members say that they are “delicious” she always says is a secret recipe and I always end up saying that it’s just the love you give when your putting that effort. Having to eat these with my family is really enjoyable because we always end up talking about the shrimp inside them and that good crunch you have when you take your bite.Technically what is inside or how its made is with Camaron(Shrimp), Masa, Oil and dried shrimp skin. It’s so great to know a lot of shrimp dishes and mostly when your parents know how to make them. I really hope to keep moving this recipe to my future just how my mother did it to me. I personally think everything is possible as long as you stick with it like not giving up easily.
