Kurt is a food from Uzbekistan; and, It is also Turkish. It is made of dried Sour milk, Seasoned on occasion with Salt and Pepper after you’re done. You then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and let it set. You then take it out after. Then, you are done. It is translated to the English language as “dried.” They are a savory treat as they last long a time. and have long lasting tastes, like rare chewing gum. They  They are also like the Uzbekistan popcorn, sweet, savory, and salty. Most people eat it on, holidays. Kurt is like a candy and it is kind of hard. There is another Kind of Kurt that are different than the one I am showing you. It tastes  different, too. Mostly kids eat kurt. Some of them are soft and small. And, it is fun to eat, too.
