Kippah
My object is an important religious item to my and 15.2 million other families that practice Judaism around the world. We are conservative Jews so not very religious, we wear kippot (kee-pote) on Jewish holidays, but some Jews that are more religious wear it all day 24/7, we just use it on holidays. When my family immigrated from eastern Europe we brought these over to the United States because they were very important items to them. They are very important for religious reasons. they are round caps kind of like what the pope wears but usually not white it usually has darker coloring, as you can see. They are usually worn with a bobby pin so it does not fall off one's head.
