My object is a recipe of Kanafeh. You would make Kanafeh for Eid. Eid is a holiday you celebrate two times a year. I chose Kanafeh because I love the taste of it and that it is an original sweet that comes from where I am from (Palestine). It is a original recipe from my country and I want to share it with everyone.
