My father came to this country and had me, when he came here I grew up eating the food and now its one of my favorites. I love foods with different types of flavor and it reminds me of my father, Because he always had attitude so the spices remind me of him. I can't see him anymore so when I eat this food it brings me back to the times he cooked this for me as an infant. So when I go to this restaurant it gives me a taste of home. Also these dishes are something everyone in my family loves to eat . So when I eat I feel connected with people I can no longer see or be with. This is a dish of home and love .
