Jamaican Money
Jamaican Money
My family is from Jamaica. We have money that we brought back from Jamaica. This Jamaican bill is worth one dollar. The Jamaican dollar is for buying food, snacks, drinks and saving. Jamaican money is not as valuable as the money in the United States. The person who uses the Jamaican dollar is my parents when they are in Jamaica. They go back to our country often. The Jamaican dollar is made out of paper and is decorated to represent our culture. I chose the Jamaican dollar because the president was respectful to a lot of people in Jamaica. It is important to have a leader who respects his citizens. It teaches me that people are nice in Jamaica and that is important to me.
