My mother gave these jades to me as the presents for my 3 years old birthday. In my culture, jade symbolizes the desirable virtue. Also, people always carry jade with them because they believe that it can dispel evil and bring healthiness mentally and physically. In addition, the jade can make people get a sense of protection (it does not matter if they believe in god or not) For me, the jade can really make me feel comfortable because I feel protected after I carried the jade. I remember one time when thought I lost my jades, I felt so uncomfortable since I felt like something is missing. Also, I believed that it can really dispel evil and bring good luck to me since after I came to America, I did not really face many obstacles and I am able to make friends with so many nice people. So, I think the jades can really make me get a sense of protection from my family. Even though they are far away from me, I can still feel the connection with them. Also, the jades can bring me good luck and be on the right path.
