Irish soda bread is a bread from Ireland.  Irish soda bread is a cultural thing to make especially on St. Patrick's Day.  Anybody can make it and anybody can eat it. My mom and I make Irish soda bread on St. Patrick’s Day every year. It smells really good and its tastes really good.
I chose Irish soda bread because it's something my family and I have always made on St. Patrick's Day. It's also something I like to make. Irish soda bread is also really good. Most of my family enjoys eating it and I do too.
You can make it on any day but a lot of people make it on St Patrick's Day like my family. My great-grandmother used to make it. Then her recipe got passed down to my grandmother and now my mom and I make it, too. 
I’d like to ask my great-grandmother where she got the recipe from. How often did she make Irish soda bread? I like my great-grandmother’s Irish soda bread recipe that we make. I also like making it with my mom.
