My object is a small pull toy from India that plays a drum as you pull it around. It is mostly wood but it has some colorful designs on it. The drum very smooth too, the person who made it did a good job sanding it. It is made with scraps you can find anywhere and some clay for the bottom of the drum. The pull part is a normal string. The colors are a little faded and the drum main mechanism is broken because it is 6 years old, but it does still roll quite well. It can be used as a toy for small kids who probably like either cars or drums/noise. It came from Delhi, a city in India. I got the object from a street vendor who made it himself. The object is important to me because it came from India and is a reminder of my first trip there. It reminds me of my family and culture. The pull toy is made with careful craftsmanship, which I look for in most things. The pull toy is also from India and I like that I have something from a different country that represents me.
