The most important object in my life are my Jlab headphones. They are the most important thing to me because they carry music and music is how me and my dad connect. I learned at a very young age that my dad never listens. My mom could tell him to do things for hours and it's like talking to a brick wall, So if i couldnt connect with him verbally, I realized i could connect with him verbally.  Listening to his horrible wailing of different songs I collected a group of them that I actually liked , Put on my headphones, listened to them, and in the car we sang them. It's the only way he actually listens to me, it's the only time I can actually have his attention. Karaoke is my favorite way to get his attention because it's the best way I can spend time with him without the constant fighting and arguing. So my headphones are the most important item I own because of their purpose, to carry music and with that music I gained a connection with my dad.
