My Item is 한복 (hanbok), a traditional korean dress used in festivals, ceremonies, celebrations, and on holidays. 한복 is made of bright vibrant colors and has colorful designs on it. My family made me wear it on New Year’s and we all had to bow to them and wish them good blessings for the new year. After which they would give each of us $20. 한복 teaches me about Korean culture and what they would wear for special occasions. I learned about this because my mother’s side of the family came from Korea.
