My object that I chose is a cardboard picture of Virgen de Guadalupe from Mexico City. A lot of people from my family pray to her asking for a wish to any sick family member going through a hard time, guidance and protection A lot of Mexicans go walking to the Basilica of Guadalupe located in Mexico City. To comply a promise they made her. On December 12th we celebrate Guadalupe's birthday. People go to church and celebrate with everyone. This Cardboard image of Guadalupe is important to us because my grandmother brought it to me when I was born. It’s a great memory of my grandmother because she passed away a few years ago. I always remember her by looking at the image.
