The item that I chose that reminds of my family and are culture is the Greek flag. The colors on the Greek flag are blue and white. The cross in the top left corner of the flag resembles the religion of Greek Orthodox. The white on the flag represents peace and honesty. The white also represents the color of the Greek waves. The blue on the flag represents vigilance, truth and loyalty. The blue also represents the color of the Greek sea. The nine stripes on the flag symbolize freedom and peace. The flag reminds me of my grandma and my grandpa because they both came from Greece.
