My artifact is my Great Grandfather's WW2 Navy uniform. It was made by an army/navy clothing company called "Ho Hing". In the early 1941, he joined the war. He had longed to do something important with his, and he had the opportunity. He was a Navy private fighting Japan in the pacific until the war was won. It is an Important piece of attire to our family. every veterans day we remember the good things that he and everyone in that war has done. the uniform has been passed down as somewhat of an heirloom ever since.
