My mom’s parents (my grandparents) used to go away on trips and my grandpa’s mom would babysit my mom. My grandpa‘s mom would cook for my mom but she wouldn’t really like it. So one day she put cheese on pasta and accidentally burnt it, my mom ended up loving it! Now we have the recipe stuck in my family’s mind and have it all the time. For short we call it G.B.S. All it is, is cheese burnt on pasta. It is so good!
