This ring was my great grandmothers. This is important because it represents how hard life was back then because this ring was the most expensive thing that she owned back then.
Before she passed away she gave it to my grandmother. Every time my grandmother saw the ring all she remembers is her mother. My grandma gave the ring to my mom because she wants my mom to think of her when she passes away. This ring will be passed down to the next generations of our family.
