This bracelet is from the Dominican Republic and it was given to my grandmother. My grandmother is also an immigrant from the Dominican Republic. This bracelet is very valuable to my grandmother because her sons father gave It to her, and because of what it is made of. The bracelet is made of gold and also has a red stone in it. It was given to my grandmother in 1980, which makes it about 40 years old. Since this bracelet is valuable to my grandmother it also makes it valuable to me.
