My Fathers side of the family is German/Irish I choose to write about the German portion.The cover image is my favorite meal, Spaetzle Sausage.The Spaetzle is an egg noodle. The sausage is a regular beef mix.I don't know most foods from Germany because i didn't know i was part German.German is a hard language to learn. Germany was founded January 18, 1871.
