The object or recipe I'm using is my great grandmother's peanut butter cookies recipe. She usually makes the cookies for holidays, Things like Christmas, Thanksgiving and for peoples birthdays. Every year people put their orders in like a restaurant so she knows how many cookies she has to make. But the last 2 Years my Grandmother has been fighting with cancer so she shared her recipe with the whole family. She is doing way better at this time but she had shared it as a way for all of the family to bond with her and help her make the cookies. So, the reason my grandmother's cookie recipe is so important is because that's how we bond with her, and it made a lot of us have a closer relationship with her.
