I use this vest frequently, for specific occasions and for other times I would simply want to have it. A vest is the top layer, someone wearing one would almost always have some sort of undershirt, with the vest as an optional top or middle layer. Yet a vest can still be the most drawn to or important feeling part of the outfit it does not have to be but it can. Clothing is chosen when worn, even if you are made to wear it, the fact you have to wear it is told, and therefore always a part of everyday choice. I personally generally enjoy being or going to places that happen to need or expect more formal attire to a point you would be able to show up in a vest. This vest connects to my ideas/ideals.
