My object is a family picture. The picture was taken in October, 1930 in Toronto, Ontario, one year after my great great grandparents and their children immigrated from Poland to Canada.The picture shows my great great grandparents, my great grandmother, Chana, and her siblings.  This picture is important to my family because it tells a story of my ancestors and it proves that my family had a life before they immigrated to Canada and that they had to leave that life behind. I would like to know how my great Grandmother felt about immigrating to Canada, and I would like to know if it was hard for my great, great Grandparents to bring all of their children across the ocean.
Now the picture is in a box in my dads closet. I hope one day we can hang it on our wall to remind ourselves of our ancestors.
