The object that I decided to choose is a family necklace. This necklace represents the special bond that I have with my parents and brother. This is important to us because it represents that we will always be there for each other and that nothing will change no matter what happens. In the past, my mom had a special necklace from her parents, once she decided to come to the United states, she felt homesick and that necklace reminded her all the good moments she had with her parents. Ever since then she realized that she wouldn’t want to lose her necklace, she wanted it to be cherished because it would always remind her all the good times she had. Later on, she decided that our family should have a necklace that would remind all of us that we will always be in each other's lives.
