These earrings belonged to my grandmother, she is very special to me. I lived almost my entire childhood with her, but when the pandemic started, I had to stay at home since I couldn't visit her. Soon after she got sick and I never could go to see her. She passed away, and I couldn't say goodbye to her or apologize if I ever treated her badly or didn't behave as I should. But before she passed away, she left me these earrings and said that those earrings were just to honor her, but she would always live in my heart. That is why these earrings became part of me and from my point of view also part of my personality. I promised myself never to lose them. Since I have them, that has never happened, and I hope it continues like this because it would hurt me a lot to lose them.
