One day at work, my grandpa won two rings, a round stone one, a square stone one and a pair of earrings. He gave them to my grandma and she kept them. Until one of my aunts graduated from medical school, and as a gift for that, my grandma gave her the square stone ring. After, my other aunt graduated from medical school but as a nurse. My grandma was going to make her another ring out of one of the earrings, but before that my mom (the youngest of 7) asked why she didn't get a ring. My grandparents said she had to graduate from something, so she did, she went to secretary school. My grandma made two more rings out of the two earrings and gave them to my mom and the other to my aunt. Now, my mom wants to give it to me, but once I graduate from college.
