When I was only 4 my mom gave me this dream catcher and what it does is that when ever you go to sleep it catches all the bad dreams and makes it into good dreams. This has been important to me and my family because my ancestors had dream catchers and this has been going on for a long time and every single on of my family member had a dream catcher before. It really helps me because I would always have bad dreams before, but now I only have good dreams. My dad had immigrated from Iran, and he landed at the LAX airport. When he got there he really did not know what to do anymore because he was just surprised. My family story is unique  because the dream catcher actually helped my family throughout their life. When my mom and dad were little they both had a dream catcher with them, and it helped with some of their problems, and that is why I like having a dream catcher.The dream catcher also makes my mom think that she can make it no matter what because when she was little her mom died because her x-boyfriend shot her and himself. With this tragedy in my mom’s life, this  is why dream catchers are really important to my family.
