Dominoes

I remember playing dominoes in my childhood. My grandfather loved dominoes, and he taught me how to play them. He played with me in his free time. Those moments are still in my memory. Evenings when we sat at the table, laughing, talking, and sharing fond moments. He told stories from his youth that taught me about my family, our heritage, and our history. Dominoes weren’t just a game for me-- it was something we did together. I still think about those times. He showed me the rules, helped me with the moves, and never got tired of explaining. I will always remember those cozy times. Now, when l see dominoes, it reminds me of him and how good it was just to be there, playing and talking.
