My object is a cross. My object belonged to my grandmother. The cross represents my religion because the cross represents Jesus. My family and I believe in Jesus. My family and I hang up crosses in our house and pray near them. We put them up for decoration. My grandmother puts the cross on the mantle as a decoration. My godmother Kimmie, gave my grandmother Marybeth, this cross. The object symbolizes God’s story. My family and I believe in God so that is why we have a cross. This is important to me because my grandmother gave it to me. My grandmother is very special to me.
