Cooking BookIt is an old, thick, yellowed book, which is almost seventy years old. It reminds me of my parents’ house in my childhood, when I looked at illustrations and discovered new things for myself. Mom didn’t like to cook, but she treasured this book because she got it in a special way. Over time, I began to read it and even cook some dishes. Leaving Russia, I took this book as a family heirloom , as a piece of my childhood and home.
