My object is a piece of pottery with cookies surrounding the entire outside.  The top of it also has cookies and a walnut in the center.  My great-grandma purchased it in the early 1950s at Ogden's Grocery Store in Stilwell, OK.  She purchased it using S&H green stamps which was one of the first retail loyalty programs.  She would always store cookies in it and her husband, my great-grandpa, would always sneak one cookie to each grandchild.  This jar reminds my mom about her grandma and grandpa and about all of the great times she had with them.
