Great Grandmother in Ireland

Above is a photo of my Great Grandmother revisiting her homeland of Dublin Ireland. In Ireland, it is tradition to have the eldest child immigrate to America to have a better life. So in 1913, my great grandfather immigrated from Tipperary, Ireland to Ellis Island, New York. Following that, in 1914, my great grandmother immigrated from Dublin, Ireland to Ellis Island, New York.

Place(s): New York, Dublin, Tipperary.
